All set points, power levels, profiles and recipe selections are controlled through the system. (7) flow meters, air/nitrogen flow meters regulate flow to: Entry Curtain Top, Entry Curtain Bottom, Burn out zone 1, burn out zone 2, post firing, exit curtain top and exit curtain bottom, high limit protection provided by Anafaze Limit Controller. Standard continuous mesh belt conveyor with an Inconel 601 alloy muffle. Heated sections is divided into 11 zones of control. Load and Unload table 2' long each, Cooling section 8' long.
