Three zones of control with roof mounted fans in zone 1 & 2, furnace lining consists of 2000 deg.F. IFB and Kaowool, Zone 1 has 239 KW, zone 2 has 167 KW and zone 3 has 150 KW, Conveyor belt is supported by rollers on 16" centers and has belt speed of 5.92 feet to 35.5 feet per hour. Controls: All temp. controllers, SCR's power meters, etc.
